Got TOOOOOOO FAT.
Wanted to look and feel better about myself and maybe, just maybe have women take notice of more than my great mind and eyes. :)
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great. I feel like I am accomplishing something to improve myself. It helps me to concentrate on my career by staying healhty and focused.
How I Stay Motivated:
Site like this and magazines. Not to be rude but I will see a FAT out of shape man my age or older and put in my mind that I never want to get big again.
BB Accomplishments:
So far I have lost 36lbs.
Down from 256 to 220, with 20 more to go.
Then I will work on getting shreded. I am 45 so it takes a little longer. But hey fine wines take a while to get there too.

Was weighing a whopping 256lbs of blub in Nov. 2006. I have gotten down to 222 but still flabby. Goal is to hit 200 by Nov. Also I want to put on some muscle and definition.
I have a bad should so I can hardly do a pull, that is F***** frustrating. I need to improve on that.
I am working out with free weights (dbells) and kettle bells. The KBells kick ass.
I run at least a mile 3 times a week as well. Running is tough but I get it done, obviously I was a disgusting fat body with no cardio. It is coming to me slowly, I figure the slower the better and I can keep it off.
This month I am doing the Batista Blast. It is a workout that appeared in Maximun Fitness a couple of months ago.
I work it through 4 times Mon, Wed & Fri. I add a couple of extra sets if I am still feeling good.
Following the blast I run 1 mile and walk another mile.
