I'm not sure what my body fat % is, but I am pretty sure it is in the 20s. I want to get into single digits and still add some muscle mass. I really don't have any idea how long it would take me to accomplish this, but I am determined to stay dedicated to working out and eating right until and after I get there.

Hey Brother! You really aren't that bad, you'll be suprised how fast you'll come back. Just lift heavy, watch out not to hurt the old back and eat right. I'll see about putting some pics of me on here.
