How I Started:
I used to be kinda chubby when I was younger. Summer after freshman year I lost 35 lbs. After that I have been working out on and off. Trying to finally get into a good schedule/routine and increase lean muscle mass.
Why I Love It:
It is just me and the weights. The only factor is purely my strength, and that is what I am testing. It also helps me inject a discipline and effeciency into my life that I enjoy. Plus you feel great about your body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at myself, and than imagine where I can go. I think of atheletes who are in better shape than me.

My goal is to be in the best shape ever. This spring I will be lifting at least 5 days a week, and I want to keep my body fat low, while gaining muscle.
