Overall Goal:  i used to have a 8% bmi n was confident all while being down to earth. i want that percentage back and i also am doing to 1/2 marathons in 1 weekend in september so i need to train hard for them as well.

got out of an unhealthy relationship and wanted to get my body, mind and soul back to tip top shape. i used to be very fit and had 8% bmi and i want that that back.
