I've been overweight ALL of my life. I didn't want to enter my 30s being like this. My 30th bday came and went and I was yet again still overweight. I watched a show called Perfect Weight and something about that show kicked this off, coupled with my 30th bday pictures!
Why I Love It:
I feel strong and empowered whenever I work out.

palollisupdated Fit Status "Day 52/90- 60 mins cardio, yesterday also. Eating is WAY OFF :("
90 day Bikini Transformation begins 11/2/09 - 1/30/10. Lose 20#/one dress size and reach all time low of 190#/size 14.
Goal (Long):
I NEED TO REMOVE THIS WEIGHT BECAUSE:
1. I will not live my ENTIRE life being obese
2. I want to feel worthy of being loved, that I AM GOOD ENOUGH and deserve respect.
3. I want to feel at PEACE with my body.
My goal is to lose 1.5 pounds each week by combining weight training with cardio exercise. I will reach 190 by 1/30/2010.
I will reach 175 by 5/8/2010. (32nd bday)
She inspires and motivates me to continue on my journey. We both started at similar weight & size. She lost the weight and gained so much muscle, yet looks feminine and sexy.
I've been working out and eating better for almost 8 months now, CONSISTENTLY. At the first of 2010, I will stop counting the weeks, as its daunting at times trying to count em up.

Im on day 3 of my vay - cay and its gonna be a LONG LONG LONG 3 weeks... the eating is a challenge! Im headed out for a run.. any suggestions or encouragemnet to share? there has already been lots of mexican food and plenty of drinks.. oh my my my my
I know what you mean. Im still eating healthy and working out, but I do enjoy some holiday treats. It wont last forever =) new year is almost here. keep up the good work! everyday is a new day!
Hi Ms. Trina!! Congrats on 44 lbs lost! You are doing great, keep up all that hard work! Are you on break yet? I have 5 more school days to go before I send off my little "darlings" to bother their parents for the Holiday break....lol...can't wait!!
