How I Started:
I've been overweight ALL of my life. I didn't want to enter my 30s being like this. My 30th bday came and went and I was yet again still overweight. I watched a show called Perfect Weight and something about that show kicked this off, coupled with my 30th bday pictures!
Why I Love It:
I feel strong and empowered whenever I work out.

I NEED TO REMOVE THIS WEIGHT BECAUSE: 1. I will not live my ENTIRE life being obese 2. I want to feel worthy of being loved, that I AM GOOD ENOUGH and deserve respect. 3. I want to feel at PEACE with my body. My goal is to lose 1.5 pounds each week by combining weight training with cardio exercise. I will reach 190 by 1/30/2010. I will reach 175 by 5/8/2010. (32nd bday)

Today I woke up very tired and was dreading getting on the scale. I just wanted to crawl back into bed.  Scale revealed a 4 lb loss  (smiling, no KOOL AID TYPE GRIN)

I am down 40 motherf*cking pounds!  NEVER, EVER have I lost this much weight.  NEVER, EVER have I been so consistent...

Bad foods, oh yes. It is turkey time. I'm hitting it hard all week, but on Thursday it's on. I may workout Thursday morning but I'm eating whatever, just on Thursday though.

looking good sister! I was feeling pretty good about my 30 lb loss but this has given me more perspective. Im sooo ready to continue to see the changes. The bikini has been stuffed back in the drawer for another month!
