things are good. I'm at a point were my weight isn't really a concern to me. Focusing on muscle building now since its winter and I never go out without 4 layers of clothes anyhow. In March I will probably focus more on Bf% reduction for summer. It's not really shorts weather where I live til June, May if your lucky. So I am excited to see what I can do between now and then.

I read your comment on another blog and you were looking for a good bread. Try Ezekiel bread usually have to go to a whole foods type store to find it. It's an organic sprouted bead. Google it and I am sure you will find it.

you too my man. It's funny what this fitness thing can do...this time last year I am sure I was drunk and eating something horrible for me. this year stayin home with the wife ate healthy stuff just like it's any other day. My best to you, and no injuries to sidetrack you in 2010. I am glad we have become web buddies.....take care

Go Red Devils! I grew up there and played ball there. Went on to play in college too. Saw that you guys made it into round 2, before falling to Wayne. Coach Sturm was the O-line coach when I played though, Fred Taylor was the head back in my day. Nice to meet you. My name is Eric King class of 96. when I left my picture was up on the wall in the locker room for All-state and North-South Stuff....don't know if it still is but if so you can see what I looked like then. Work hard man!

I know what you mean...I cut my calories so much early on, but at the thing that got me over some of my sticking points was actualy revving the calories back up. It's so strange now compared to a year ago....I eat so much more quantity of food...but now it's quality food and it makes such a difference. So what's the DO WORK CREW about??? I have seen that on lots of peoples signatures???

well I was in pretty horrible shape to begine with so it didn't take much to start seeing a change. No secrets...healthier food choices, learning portion controld, lots of steady state and HIIT cardio, and lifting. I think gaining control of my diet was the biggest factor.

GREAT! I am having to cram all my workouts for the week in by tomorrow because I am off to Buffalo. So I have been at it twice a day. I don't know if I will be able to do much besides run while I am there....

I know what you mean. It will be a year I have been at this next month, and I am really happy with my progress, BUT at the same time I can look back at all the slip ups and with a little more focus I could certainly be even further along.......damn cheeseburgers!

things are great. Closing in on a year working out. Lost about 80lbs. Working on putting some muscle onover the colder months then drop BF in the spring for a six pack summer. Nice bulk...looks very clean.

I started out with no supplements at all. I just changed the food I ate and the stuff I drank. I have lost about 80lbs total, and I would guess that I lost around the first 50 with no supplements at all. People get too caught up in supplements when starting I think anyway. Just get moving and make better food choices.
