How I Started:
I started working out to get stronger, to build muscle and to be more physically fit.
Why I Love It:
I like knowing that i am getting my body more fit and looking better. I like feeling stronger, and seeing the changes in my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
knowing that everytime i work out i am getting stronger and more fit. the more i work out the more my wife works out.

Progress is going slow, or at least it seems that way. I know i am making progress,
but i am not seeing the results as fast as i would like to. I am still searching for the right supplements for me. I mainly want to gain muscle trim a little fat.
