How I Started:
Went through a period of time where I had very little control over any area of my life. I needed something productive to focus my energy on and working out seemed a healthy option! The light bulb went on once I realized how much better I felt mentally and physically. The rest is history...
Why I Love It:
There are few things in life you can control, exercise is one of them. Who doesn't like feeling in control?! I also love working up a sweat and seeing just how long and hard I can go without stopping. As a good friend of mine would say..POW!!
How I Stay Motivated:
My workout partner tolerates no slacking behavior...that's motivation. And looking at old pictures with chipmunk cheeks that make me want to vomit is the other!! haa!
