How I Started:
I've always been the small kid and needed to make my presence known on the baseball diamond and in the ring.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a sense of satisfaction; after that last rep fails, I always have to push for one more. It also doubles as my escape from real life stressors.
How I Stay Motivated:
I will never be satisfied with my personal physical state; there will always be something I can better about myself.

No bodybuilding accomplishments; but I am a Chicago Golden Glove's boxing champion at the 132 lb division!

Goal (Long):
Ideally, I want to one day achieve a physicality that people will look at with aww; remeniscent of Frank Zane circa 1980.
How's it going? Workouts going well? I just changed mine up to start a cut. I also just added my first set of progress photos...stop by and let me know what you think.
When you are doing your century sets, how many body parts do you work in a day? Do you keep on your normal split, or are you just doing chest on day 1, biceps day 2, etc? I am going to do my current routine until July 1, but I may want to shock my muscles after that. Let me know how it goes.

how you doin? thanks for the inquiry..I use cellucors Muscle Growth System, I rotate between P6 red and black, the black is insane but you can only use it for 6-8 weeks at a time, so i come off and go on the red..I put on 10 lean lbs in 8 weeks..Where else you going to find that with a supp?

thank you so much for your ad and the kind words. I really appreciate it! I guess when i was young I connected losing weight with not eating much....killed my metabolism so hoping I can repair it. I def have a bunch of questions haha and this place is REALLY helping me...btw you have made some WONDERFUL progress!!!
