Smackdown Challenge revisited.....
Posted in Training : Dec 28, 2010 9:40pm[View Photo] I got my BUCKLE!!!! I won the challenge...I went from 20.4% bodyfat to 13.2% bodyfat.... AND I won it fair and square--not with surgery like Wally J is telling some of you. No hi-jinks here...just hard ass-busting work in the gym coupled with Lipo 6x....Same as Wally J. What can I say....I get challeng...
