How I Started:
I actually was a sport dancer from age 7 to age 14, but then I had to quit it and I had to do something to keep myself in shape, so I started to visit the local gym!
Why I Love It:
When you train your muscles, it's like you're building a statue. And the statue has always something to improve. And you are the statue and you build yourself all the time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have always supported a healthy lifestyle and bodybuilding is the way. So this is one big motivation.

I do 30 min of elliptical and I do an hour walk outside if its nice out.
