When I Started:
Feb, 2008
How I Started:
Since struggling with Anorexia for almost 7 years and going up and down from 63kgs-38kgs I finally decided to get REAL abount my life and my health. I want to be stong, toned and happy within myself. It is my goal to tranform my body over the next 12 months and compete in a figure contest!
Why I Love It:
Since working out I've found myself and who I really am. Working out makes me feel like a new person and gives me the gratification knowing that i have done something 'healthy' for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Currently I am motivated because I am trying to lose about 13kgs "correctly" and by not starving. Im looking forward to seeing my body transform over the next few months.
Transform my body and become a FIGURE PRO!And not to forget overcome my E.D!
Goal (Long):
Over the next 12 Months I want to transform my body and become lean and muscular, my goal is to have a body like Jamie Eason, and become the Jamie Eason of Australia (hope that dsnt sound too weird!) I also want to over come my Eating Disorder and help women here in Australia overcome theres too! Basically I want to be the best person I can be and have the best body I possibly can, Im not afraid of hard work or waking up at 5am its time to look after my body and my soul, after many years of abusing it. Ive been put on this earth to overcome some difficult times and battle through what seemed to be a horrible curse, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. And I will be living proof, that you can overcome and do anything you want!
So after yet another restless night, i got myself out of bed at 6.45am I knew today was going to be a massive workout after having two consecutive rest days, and boy it was HUGE! Not only was it a long workout but my HR avereage had increased dramaticaly, a few days last week i was just...
Hi Paige! I did cardio same hr as you 60 min in the morning before breakfast. I never counted calories, I just ate 5x a day and no sods or junk food. Also, you need to vary the cardio, your body will adapt and you will stop seeing results.Even change the speed or incline or do sprints!!Aim for 2 lbs a week weight loss...no more.Keep in touch!
