well, my best friends mom died a few days ago, so that was sad. and been trying to train mostly, but was interrupted for a few days. :( back into it today...and felt good..venting my frustrations. LOL
how are you doing?

LOL...ive been doing Muay Thai couple of years off and on...Im a big UFC fan too....unfortunately, i missed the big fight here last weekend! :(
anyway, im no pro, but i LOVE the sport...maybe one day ill get to Thailand! :) I would love to attend a training camp here. :)
you do MT or jsut like the sport?

well, no, he is FIRED!!! lol..it was actually so i could practice my Muay Thai, I am training a guy from work for his fight in June...so i wanted some practice before Thursday...:)

training today, was not the greatest, my trainer didnt show, but had a great 10 min. massage! :)
