Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I have messed up my rotator cuff (recovered by doing those special exercises!) and I have a "permanent" injury in my right foot, that messed up the navicular bone. But that doesnt stop me form doing a...more
