I was fat and was looking at bodybuilders and wrestlers and that was the thing that made me want to workout lose fat and become like my heros (john Morrison, jay cutler and Arnold Shwarzenegger.

Hi,
I would have to say the best tricep exercises are things like close crip benchpresses with 60-70% of your 1 rep max, cabe pushdowns with strict form, and skull crushers. remember, when you do an isolation exercise, focus on using that msucle and only that muscle, block everything else out but the contraction. Hope that helped!
