How I Started:
Always been involved in some form of sport since a very young age and since realised the benefit of how lifting iron supplements all forms of activities.
Why I Love It:
Enjoy the ability of being able to push myself further with each work out. No one else is to blame for my shortcomings when i'm working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
By constantly changing workouts from week to week. Reading/seeing other peoples feats of strength and endurance.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?

haha siick, i wanna get a 10ft mal or something and have a go on one of those! never surfed torquay, i usually stick to phillip island and stuff, surfed woolies one day and it was huuuge. scary! haha where abouts are you from again? im sorry, i forgot. =[

ohhh awesome as! you surf? thats siiiick! i surf also, but im not very good. =\ i stand for like two seconds and then fall off. might be something to do with the board i have (a gun, great for big waves and going fast, not so great for learning haha) what kind of board do you have? where abouts do you surf?

cool how come you're doing light weight/high reps? are you training for muscular endurance? training is going well, i increased all my weights tonight for chest and tris so im happy!
