Always been involved in some form of sport since a very young age and since realised the benefit of how lifting iron supplements all forms of activities.
Why I Love It:
Enjoy the ability of being able to push myself further with each work out. No one else is to blame for my shortcomings when i'm working out.

By constantly changing workouts from week to week. Reading/seeing other peoples feats of strength and endurance.

never surfed torquay, i usually stick to phillip island and stuff, surfed woolies one day and it was huuuge. scary! haha

i surf also, but im not very good. =\ i stand for like two seconds and then fall off. might be something to do with the board i have (a gun, great for big waves and going fast, not so great for learning haha)
