ya but thats still really good....i wish there was girls at u at the gym i go to.... but my day was good worked shoulders and back, i standing military pressed 140 for 5 which isnt too bad i was going for 7 but didnt quite make it. the rest of it went good tho and the rest of they day i went on my friends boat with him, im tryin to tan my legs actually haha there realy white and once i get them like my other half i can finally put up some leg pics haha... how was ur's?

hey i just saw that u inspire some people and thought id check out ur page. and to be honest i am blown away!! your lifting stats are amazing and your goals are killer youll almost be lifting as much as me in dead lift and squat and im a powerlifter!! lol keep it up. by the way ur body is rockin too
