well, i started to up my reps to gain some mass and so far it isnt going so well i just caught a cold from my mom when i vistied home and i just stepped on my new kitten i had for a week and killed him, and im physically drained from workin all the time a being sick now and a little...
i start monday with bics and back
the next day tuesday i do tris and chest
then wednesday i lift shoulders and legs
thursday i will rest then start again friday with bics and back
i lift 3 or 4 sets of 5 or 7 ex. bench 135 warm up 150 7 160 7 and 170 5

haha thank you for all the kind words. my arms build quickly. im only curling a 40 lb barbell 3x10 then reverse curls with 30. next week im gonna see how 50 treats me. uh oh! haha.

I am doing good . had some serious life set backs in the last few months but i am recovering . lifting has been my saving grace the one thing that stays the same when life is nuts . i am getting closer to my goals (put pics up recently check em out comments welcome). how are you ?
