i usually do 3 or 4 sets of 5 to 7 reps
i do this to build strength and i will change to sets with 10 reps to create muscle confusion

haha thank you for all the kind words. my arms build quickly. im only curling a 40 lb barbell 3x10 then reverse curls with 30. next week im gonna see how 50 treats me. uh oh! haha.
