My bad! that was a late update! that was due about two weeks ago! I got legs tomorrow and its gonna be hell!when you work your legs hard the reward is when you can show'em off and know they're being watched!

The cardio is good--I'm on the treadmill/stairstepper for an hour. And I'm a good 246 now but I think in losing weight I've lost muscle, and I'm not as strong as I use to be. Maybe that comes with age! I hope to put on about 10 lbs of muscle once I shred this fat!
