How I Started:
I'm in the military and the gym is free. A friend of mine invited me to come out and work in with his group. We were all young and dumb and just having fun. Somewhere along the way we made gains and then it got interesting.
Why I Love It:
I'm not sure if I love it. Me and Bodybuilding have this on again off again relationship...It's like the girl that you should be with but don't want to because she's too good for you and will make you do right! So I hang out w/ her for a while then I stop messing with her for a minute.
How I Stay Motivated:
My trainer. He takes this shit serious-and treats it with respect-its an art a science and he studies it. Its his passion and i respect that.

I've been on this serious routine with my trainer for a week now. While I'm watching what I'm eating and putting my body through hell for 2-3 hrs a day others are sitting on their fat ass eating cinnabons and pizza!! Oh do I want a slice of pizza and yea a big chunk of cinnabon would taste...
