This guy has it down! As a fellow science graduate, I really admire his knowledge on the science of bodybuilding and doing it the natural way. He has probably the most intense work ethic ever!
That's good man! Keep it up and you will build some good muscle! Protein absorbs better with those simple carbs you add in there. But fat will slow its absorption. So zero or little fat for a while after training.
That sounds great man! I hope you can get into that!
A good protein shake right after training helped me build muscle.
I would get about 30 grams of protein from my EAS supplement, add that to about a cup of water, cup of blueberries, and a spoon of peanut butter. Gave good calories, a decent amount of protein, and some vitamins.
Once I took a couple weeks with out the shake and getting protein other ways, I have started losing weight. So think about that. Haha
LOL! OMFG! EL CAPITAN! You transformed into a behemoth! I always knew you wanted to compensate for your smaller organs but DAMN *****!!!!
Just messin' pimp, looks like you stuck to your goals while I was gone, not like I didn't expect you to, but still a surprise nonetheless. Stay the realest as always, pimp.
