i work out almost every day i just get 1 or 2 days of rest during the week, and every work out i get is between 1 and 1/2 hours to 3 1/2 hours. i take muscle tech before my work out and muscle milk after . and the protein i take it in the morning.

Thank you! I'm trying to take in 150-200 grams daily. My body really responds when I do that. However this week has been so hectic I don't think I did very well with nutrition. How's training coming along for you?
