How I Started:
Needed a stress release and found it working out. Personal events in my life in 2006 required something to take my mind and body to a different place.
Why I Love It:
At first I did it for stress release without motivation. Then I started to see changes in my body which were appealing. Now I must do it and feel so good and stress free afterwards and the progress of a 40+ in body dynamics helps me keep coming back as well.

BF from 26 to 12% in three years..Arms, chest, lats are progressing. Still would like to see a more definite chest but eventually.

Where do you get your workout programs?
