This was started when I first decided to get back into the gym after a six month layoff. I was 250 pounds with too much body fat. I felt tired and heavy all the time ... it was time to change it.
This photo was taken three and a half months into my program. I have gained three pounds, I weigh 268 lbs. Is it muscle or fat, I don't know - I need to start paying more attention to my nutrition.

This pic was taken February 16, two months into my program. I lost body fat and gained strength and size. I weigh 273 lbs.

This pic was taken february 23, two and a half months into my program. I have had a significant amount of body fat loss. My strength has tremendously increased. My energy level is through the roof. I have started a cardio routine and have lost eight pounds so far. I weight 265 pounds. I weigh 15 more pounds than when I started and am smaller, stronger, and more energetic. I will take another pic one month from now and compare.
