What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Bench Press.
For myself it is the bench press. I workout alone ... it is my meditation, so asking someone for a spot is destruction to my concentration - I just don't do it. Going heavy on the bench is dangerous for me, due to my solitude. If I cannot get the weight up, there may not be someone there to help. That is why I chose not to work bench into my routine, other than warming up - I do not really need it anyhow. I am more of a Dumbbell kinda guy.Bench Press.
