Bought my first bench press in 1996 when I red shirted on my college basketball team. Really got into it in 1998 when I joined the Navy and began lifting at Henderson Hall Marine Barracks. This time around got serious at the end of 2007 when I realized that becoming a Police Officer was a real possibility! WISH ME LUCK!

I want to get into shape for the POLICE ACADEMY! I have a long ways to go, as I'm still looking to get hired but I need to dedicate myself and become as physically fit as possible for when that day comes. It will come too, cause its all that I want to do. I need to be fit physically and mentally to serve the community!
So I just got another letter saying that I have advanced further with another agency...very exciting. Now I have my ORPAT scheduled with them on July 26th. So currently I am "in the process" with 4 different agencies! I am very encouraged and this keeps me very focused and motivated...
Started the STRAIGHT POWERLIFTING program off of the bb.com website. Looking to get stronger, maintain my current size and reduce fat through the amount of cardio I'm doing.
Weight Training - 4 days a week and it's layed out for me in the program. Typically 2 upper and 2 lower body...
Workouts are going good. I tried the workout traker but it doesn't fancy me. I never could get into cataloging my progress. How is the Humagro going or you? Notice anything yet?
hey , that's the 7th district where you were, i'm in the 6th district we share most of the area, 7 and 6 they border each other, but 6D is a little bigger and a bit badder.. wouldn't have it any other way lol... god bless you in your law enforcement path, remember it's not just a jod...hell it isn't even a career in my opinion, it's a calling
The Acne is pretty much all over. The fat loss and muscle growth hit hard at the end of the first week. You just feel better and start to harden up. Or at least for me.
I workout between 4-5 days a week. My days off are speratic. My workout consists of 45 mins of cardio with a High intesity Split weight training. Normally last between 15 to 20 mins. Its hard but satisfying.
It's intresting, I have nothing taken anything such as this. It's powerfull and cheap. Also it's fast acting. When I can I will put some progress pics up. I do reccomend trying it though.
Yeah.. it's hard but I really like it. I usually can get about 30-40 min of cardio in. Which is all I really have time for since I work at 7am, and my gym opens at 5am. But it's a great way to start the day! Give it a try, make sure to get enough sleep and food the night before! Good luck!!!
ya man, ur basically in the same x-act situation i was 310! i tryed weight watchers for a while but after failing diet after diet, diets dont work!!! u just gain the wait back ASAP... i changed my lifestyle and how i looked at food. i look at is as fuel now, u gotta jus educate yourself ya no? i should be losing 100 by mid august im thinking! good luck on 250 dont settle tho, it feels good but u always wanna lose more TRUST ME!

things sounds like are going really well. Ive read your latest blogs and your doing a great job. the only cardio i do is my 5 min warm up...i need to kick it up a few notches. keep up the good work! :) have a great weekend

I dont know what time you usually go when you are at tech center but i have been going around 12:45 ish after school on mon, tue, thur and fri. I hope to run in to you some time. :)

Thank for the comment. Training is going great although there are no testing dates available I have been still training like I am on a deadline. My trainer was impressed I could do the exit level push up requirement today. No sissies here! *LOL* How is training going with you?
