i got started because my best friend was starting and i wanted to look like he did.
Why I Love It:
i dont really know why i love it, i just do. Maybe because you can feel every muscle you use getting the lift, or the energy rush u get when u lift off the bar to a bench press, or the amount of acomplishment you get when u reach your last set of the day and complete it.
How I Stay Motivated:
i dont need to do anything to. Ive always wanted to be ripped, and the only thing i think of when i workout is how much stronger and better im getting.
I started lifting weights 2 and a half months ago. I think i have done some real progress because when i first started out i could only be able to do 2.5 on each side with a 45 bar, but now at March 09, 2008 i can lift over my weight(112) because i am lifting 35s on each...
I always first start out with my bench press and what I do is I do 3 sets of 10 andcount that as 1 and at the end of the day I can see how man I did. Then I move on to sit up, I place my bench press set backwards and normaly take a 35 or 45 pound weight and do 35 sit ups. Forearm rolls are next,...
