How I Started:
i have been unfit and fat for as long as i can remember the guys from the gym were at the shopping centre doing a promo and i started talking to one of the trainers he challenged me to come along for a" bone crunching" half hr personal training session i ended up dragging myself in there in feb and im still there i've lost just over 20 kgs and put on heaps of muscle i feel great i hit a platteau for a couple of mths a while back and am still struggling to get out of that rut . i didnt go to the gym for 2 mths ate like a pig then felt sick after all the hard work i had put in so i went back i feel good again but i cant get my arse into gear to do cardio i have about another 10 to 15 kgs left to go and i cant get motivated enough ive seen an improvement and think that thats all i have to do
Why I Love It:
i can see changes in myself from working out that i like and i love the
" pain " i get the next day it lets me know that ive actually done something and my muscles are growing and i doing things right to an extent
How I Stay Motivated:
this is the hardest part, i dont know how really. i hated shopping for clothes in the mr big section,always having to struggle to find something to wear that doesnt look like it came from the circus a hairy fat slob was what i looked like now im getting out of the shower and seeing muscle where it should be i like seeing veins popping out of my arms never had that b4 but ive still got a long way to go yet still cant shift that mag wheel from around my gut any ideas?havent put my pic in yet still a bit embarassed lol see how i go
