How I Started:
I have always been interested in exercise, nutrition, sport performance, lifestyle change, etc. I guess what got me started was wrestling. Immediately I started wondering what controlled my exercise capacity, body fat%, speed...
From there college just jolted my drive and now I am hip flexors deep in the greatest field of business and education!!
Why I Love It:
I love the atmosphere, the motivated people and the element of change.

Motivation has never been a problem. This is what I do!

Lately I am playing around with some interesting education and seeing how it affects my training and results... I'll update more specifically how later.

Goal (Long):
I know I stand no competition in any reputable competition until I gain pretty much 2-4 inches on every measurement. During college times however its hard to always make bodybuilding your #1 priority, I do my best and I am slowly increasing.

Strongman comp is kinda lingering, I dont think its going to happen, not enough support and certainly not enough time for either Ryan or I to run around f""" in with it... We are going to compete in a comp in Mount Rainer, in July
Got the link to work - the spaces was the issue here as well. The contest looks great! I'll have to see if I can make it over there for it. I'll put it up in my office as an "up and coming" event!!

I'm not at competition level yet, hopefully next year, that's what I'm working for anyway.
Have you checked the gyms in your area, to get your poster up? I know many gyms have bulletin boards just for that kind of thing.

Thanks man, I am interested, that has been something in the back of my head this past year as I have been working out, but I have a LONG way to go before any competition. But maybe in a year. I think I have at least that long before I'll be anywhere near that ready, thanks again. Also, I'm pretty knew to this and don't know anybody else who is into it either.
