I started just as an addition to cardio work, now I do it for fun.
Why I Love It:
I like the science behind it and how much there is to learn. I like trying theories on yourself and seeing how they work or if they don't.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set constant goals. I always want to be able to increase the weight I lift.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 90kg.
Keeping it off for over a year.

ozzyaaronis inspired by 31233. Reason: "She made an amazing transformation just slowly plodding away and taking her time and doing it healthily by the look fo her progress pics. Re... "
I want to lose fat and maintain muscle before I clean bulk.
Goal (Long):
After losing 90kg partly the right way, partly the wrong way I started lifting weights to try and fill in the excess skin I have with muscle.
I thought I would need an operation to remove excess skin in my mid section, but now I'm the leanest I've ever been and getting leaner, this might not be necessary.
I have met all my goals so far, and so now I want to bench more than my own body weight, get to 10% BF and do 5 chin ups.
She made an amazing transformation just slowly plodding away and taking her time and doing it healthily by the look fo her progress pics. Really inspiring to see how amazing she looks now and that she's still stribing!
I was 92kg and low teen body fat. I had abs easily visible and was running the best I've ever run and lifting the best I've ever lifted. I was loving life, going out on the weekends alone if need be and just enjoying things.
Fast forward a little bit and I was finding I wasn't so interested...
G'day,
Well, New Year is upon us again. Lets hope to have a great new year, where we all go back to basics, do hard training making ourselves healthier and fitter. It is going to be tough at times, but our commitment will make us stronger.
I want to wish you a happy and Awesome New Year.
