How I Started:
My first deployment I lifted about 3 months and loved the results but didn't workout again until my second deployment when I gained over 40 lbs of muscle but lost most of it throughout the past couple years... Now I'm on my third deployment so it's time to try and get big again...
Why I Love It:
I love the pump I get from a workout and I just like feeling healthier and looking better overall

I guess seeing and feeling the results

b careful taking this it will jack you up and if you use 3 scoops you may be blowin up the toilet start with 1 1/2 -2 scoops. but it def gets you jacked up(at least for me it did)
the size on is ridiculous you can work out for an hr straight and then start over again! I think it (besides clean eating) has made the single most improvemnet on me) good luck with it and your workouts
