Started while I high school but never anything serious.

Last November I decided its time to get serious. If I want to be a personnal trainer need to look like one.

Over last winter (Aussie Winter) I tried to add as much bulk to my frame as possible. While doing this I came across the Crossfitfx website that lead me to Crossfit.

This was the greatest thing that has ever happened to me, Crossfit is such agreat challenge to me and my fitness has changed in an amazingly positive way.
Why I Love It:
The way it makes you feel in a positive way and also the DOMS the next day, can't get enough
How I Stay Motivated:
All the coaches from Crossfit Coach Glassman, Mike Burgener,Dave Castro Mark Ripetoe, Jeff Tucker, Annie, Nicole, Eva and Steve the Commando. I've never met one of these people but because of them I am making myself a greater human being, thank you.

This was me with Brett Aitken an Olympic Gold Medalist in Cycling taken at the 1st Tour Down Under back in 1998  This photo was taken the first time my sister trained a CROSSFIT session with me it was a Mr Joshua 400m run, 30 situps and 15 deadlifts done 5 time.

Today is day 2 of a five day heat.  I can't drink enough water to stay hydrated, I have a shocking headache but tried to train.

Today I got through 6 sets of Bent over Rows but only got 2 sets of deadlifts out, its a struggle.  I got up at 6 this morning but it was still a scorcher. ...

Train weights 6 days a week

Day 1 Back and Biceps
Day 2 Chest and Triceps
Day 3 Legs
Day 4 Shoulders

Train 4 sets with 8 reps once can lift 12 reps increase the weight and go back to 8 reps until I can do 4 sets of 12 then increase the weight again.

That is freakin bizarre!!!!! Thats Oz for ya. I still remember my icecream headaches learning to surf at Middleton....having to wear a 4/3 wetsuit in the middle of summer!!! Thanks for the best wishes!

Yeah amazing - mum said she has the airconditioning on all night - and of course they are doing the power conservation thing. Here is it hot and humid all year, but not that scorching dry heat - it melts everything. Enjoy a icey cold beer for me mate - I have been on no alcohol since christmas and another 6 weeks to go!
