When I Started: Jan, 2005
How I Started: Motivation from friends, and was sick of being the *small guy*.
Started out lifting light weights at home to build up some strength then moved on to the gym.
Why I Love It: Love the feeling after a good session at the gym and the feeling of growing, lifting heavier, and out growing clothes! The odd compliment here and there is great also :-)
How I Stay Motivated: I have many lifting partners and if i loose motivation they will always kick me back into line again.
BB Accomplishments: - Benching more than my bodyweight

Dude thats one of the most insane V-tapers i ever seen. Got any tips on back growth? I'm doin the right exercises but mines bein a **** Nice arms + shoulders too
