always wanted to lift but thought that because I was skinny I shouldn't lift. Finally shook myself out of that mentality and been lifting regularly ever since.

I feel confident about myself and I like to achieve in whatever I do.

Resuming full lifts this week and see how it pans out..over injuries. Sounds like an intense session on the wheelz! How farkin windy was it today - got windburn gardening..wtf!
Hi Phill, glad to hear things are going well..and a PT is a good investment! You should make some great progress with him! I kinda slacked off a bit but I'm focusing more on cardio at the moment. Yeah I love Italy..great people, scenery, food, wine..LOL
