I have always been involved in sports. I played soccer for over 7 years and then I decided to workout and I loved it, it's something I can't do without now.
Why I Love It:

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
it was a lower back injury, it lasted about year, I worked my lower back to recover.
What is the best age to start lifting weights?
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I tried to weight really heavy and I was injured several times.
