I started weight training at age 14 and have been going strong ever since. We had to take a weight training class or weight train in between school and practice for the gymnastics team.
Why I Love It:
It's a way of life, and it's fun and challenging to see what changes you can make by altering diet and exercise.
How I Stay Motivated:
Gym is a part of my day; it's a fixed component in my schedule. I am also part of Tanji Johnson's Save Fitness team!
BB Accomplishments:
Qualified for NPC fitness and figure nationals at my first competition, the 2009 Washington State Championships
UVA undefeated bench press champion during law school. School record for Female Strength-to-Bodyweight formula.
