I was always the skinny kid, and decided to make a change. I started off with a set of weights my parents bought me as a present. I always enjoyed training and iv always wanted to get bigger.
Why I Love It:
Working out has always made me feel good about myself, and i love lifting weights, its my way of venting and i enjoy what i do.
I love seeing seeing results, there's nothing more satisfying than knowing your hard work has paid off. That drives you to work harder to reach your goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
I reach within myself and find the confidence and attitude i need to accomplish anything. I try to push myself beyond the limits and work harder than everyone else
Im always thinking forward and breaking the mental barriers i have. Im going to achieve my goal no matter what.
hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!
Haha, yeah I feel ya on that. I love killing the weights, such an epic stress reliever. I'm doing pretty good, just kinda cutting a bit for the summer and then back to bulking up a bit again.
One HECK of an amazing hulk-out man. Your progress pics are totally inspirational. Can't get over how huge you got! Looking forward to seeing your results as you cut. Keep on hulkin'.
Haha. thanks. it's work in progress thats for sure. i Finally got my 24 hr Fitness pass and ive been going like twice a day for 3 hours a piece. ive already noticed a difference. it's comming along nicely. What about you?
