I was going into my sophomore year of college. I was about 165 lbs, maybe a little less. I used to run track in high school but the community college that I went to didn't have track. I wasn't playing sports, nor have I worked out. My metabolism was still very fast because I couldn't put on any weight and I wasn't on any kind of diet. I think I ate more then, than I do now.

This was taken around fall of 2005, I don't know the exact date. This is when I was boozing alot and wasn't on any workout/diet regimen. Boy I never want to go back to this! I was 270 lbs.

I'm posting these face pix because my face is the first place that gains and loses weight. This is about a month into working out, I wasn't any any kind of diet and was still eating a lot of junk food. I was about 250 lbs here.

This was taken when I was 2 months into working out, but I had just started my diet where I was eating clean a few days before. Working out wasn't enough, I had to make a change in the kitchen.

once again i let myself go like crazy. Results due to drinking massive amounts of beer, and eating everything in sight. I got a little under 5 months to get in shape for Navy bootcamp. You think i can do it?

I just started the P90X program today. I don't know if you heard of it, but it's a system where you transform your body and become ripped in 90 days. Here are my Day 1 before pics. I'll post some more on day 30.
