hey thanks for the add ... im doing alot better then i was a month ago getting back into lifting and riding again really livened up my attitude towards the crash

Hey thanks for your comment on my blog its nice to know people do read them. As for the protein powder in coffee its not the bad ON has a French vanilla powder that taste great in about 2 cups trick is to mix it as its going in otherwise it will clump up. Ill keep on a look out for those Klondike bars. Good Luck in your Goals.

hey whats going on man, i red your current blog to see how some people are doing their workout logs and i noticed on yours that your in the same boat as my brother hes about my height and 135lbs i looked at some of your workouts and noticed that your not including any negatives or partial reps. since adding these to my brothers routines he has added 15 solid lbs to his bench press. hes benching 135 for reps now and only one month ago he could barely put up that on his own.

dragon poles are like a lying leg lift only instead of coming parallel to the bench your actually leaving your ass part way on the bench and your making the heels of your feet touch the floor i guess its a hyper extension of ur abs... this move should be done very slowly and only do 10-15 reps per set u can even do it wit weight sorry i took so long to answer u back...lol ive been busy doing them

wow huge difference in your abs you should try some hanging knee raises or dragon poles i hate the crap out of them but i cant argue with the results
