Gives me purpose, love the feeling i get when i train, i just forget about the world and its just me and the iron
I want to be as lean and as big a possible by february.
Goal (Long):
I want to gain alot of mass everywhere for this winter, my Goal is that by February ill be 215 solid. I was able to hit this last year but most of the weight was in my gut due to my fast food diet. But now that I Improved my eating habits i feel that i can easily do this. Overall i want my Quads to be 2 inches thicker and add a inch and a half to my arms.
Monday- Heavy Shoulders and Upper Chest
Tues- Heavy Legs
Wed- Heavy Back
Thurs- Heavy Chest
Friday-Heavy Arms
Sat and Sun- Off
All days Start with a Heavy Barbell Movement then i go into the more complex movements, using Dumbbells and Machines. Every session is different depending...
You didn't feel anything?!?!!?? how many scoops did you take..you have to atleast take 2-3 scoops!
How do i feel.. I feel like the freaking female version of Hercules! I could lift and lift and lift and still have energy afterwards, which my training sessions are pretty intense as it is.
:)
Check out MsFitness (that's her sn) on here..she is a Gaspari Rep!:) Now talk about hardcore she rocks!:)
You have made some great progress and should be very proud of all of the hard work you have put in and the changes you have made. Keep it up and never give up or in.
I just saw your comment on my bodyspace (a month later lol). Thanks for the advice. Actually, I'm more focussed on strength and athleticism than mass. Whatever mass comes with the extra strength is fine by me, but I'd be happy with no body changes if I have a 300 pound deadlift.
Good luck with your cutting diet. Summer's almost here.
Thanks for the comment, it was very sweet! Good luck with your goals as well. Be sure to visit www.muscleupgear.com and vote for me as the model of the month. I appreciate the support!
