Started Wrestling in the 7th grade, so after practice our coach would open the weight room up and me and some of my team mates would lift until our buses came to take us home
Why I Love It:
Gives me purpose, love the feeling i get when i train, i just forget about the world and its just me and the iron
I want to bounce back from my motorcycle accident...
Goal (Long):
Because of the accident i was unable to lift due to the 9 fractures in my back, both shoulders were dislocated, and my right knee was fractured, after 2 months of physical therapy my doctor said that i can start lifting and going to the gym again...im going to start slow but my main goal is to get back the 20 lbs of muscle i lost by August

All days Start with a Heavy Barbell Movement then i go into the more complex movements, using Dumbbells and Machines. Every session is different depending...
You didn't feel anything?!?!!?? how many scoops did you take..you have to atleast take 2-3 scoops!
How do i feel.. I feel like the freaking female version of Hercules! I could lift and lift and lift and still have energy afterwards, which my training sessions are pretty intense as it is.

You have made some great progress and should be very proud of all of the hard work you have put in and the changes you have made. Keep it up and never give up or in.
I just saw your comment on my bodyspace (a month later lol). Thanks for the advice. Actually, I'm more focussed on strength and athleticism than mass. Whatever mass comes with the extra strength is fine by me, but I'd be happy with no body changes if I have a 300 pound deadlift.
