I have not been going to the gym lately :(. This has been really hard for me. I get busy and find it hard to stick with my goals. Will update when I start again.

Re your blog: It's because they train upper body hard, lifting for upper body strength, but they forget about training their legs. It's not really "spot training" but just focusing in one place instead of another. You can't spot reduce really, either, because while you will reduce in one area, everywhere else is going to change as well.
