How I Started: With age my body has changed for the worse. My transformation has been very slow, I have been failing and continue to try and reach my goals.
Why I Love It: I like the muscle and tone that it gives to my body and helps me have a lot of energy and feel strong.
How I Stay Motivated: Reading other members progress has been motivating me to keep working on my goals. :)

Re your blog: It's because they train upper body hard, lifting for upper body strength, but they forget about training their legs. It's not really "spot training" but just focusing in one place instead of another. You can't spot reduce really, either, because while you will reduce in one area, everywhere else is going to change as well.
