It test my will everyday...Everyday I have to push to be better, workout harder and keep on my diet...its therapy :) I feel accoplisment everyday and then it starts back over tomorrow!

To be healthy and atheletic first of all but far as cosmetic reasons go... I am pushing forward to transform my body to gain size and stay lean...I will get my physique to 195-205lbs staying year around 5-9% body fat...thats the goal and I plan to complete in less than 5 years :)
