i got another question my bad..
i used to train biceps 2-3 times a week
but them i read about overtraining and started doing them only once a week
in your bodyspace..you say to train them 3 times a week
and tht helps you? gain size?

im thinking about a few different things: true mass, up your mass, nitro core and adding waxy maize (also cheaper), or 2:1:1 recovery (optimum nutrition)
