Hey bro good progress man, listen i noticed you were wondering about "how often to train Arms" When i first started training i was working my arms every other day. N look where it got me haha.. So ya man, Training arms more than once a week is "Fine"
i think you should hold off on the weight gainer for now. you still have plenty of time to grow and there's no need to rush it. building quality muscle takes a few years, id suggest sticking with protein for now and when you're 16 to start on the weight gainer. keep hittin those weights man!
