As an athelete in high school I lifted for strength and endurance but never with direction. The year after I graduated high school I was faced with a life threatening cranial anurysm. I had a caniotomy and stayed in the ICU for 2 weeks. Upon release from the hospital it took several month to recover 100%. As soon as I was able to withstand any increased cranial pressure, I was instructed to report to physical therapy. 6 months had come and gone and with PT complete I vowed to continue exercising and fulfill my dreams and goals.
Why I Love It:
Working out has been my outlet to release all existential interferences. It has allowed me to set goals in small increments and adapt that strategy throughout every facet of my life.
Working out has been my passion for the last 13 years. I want to continue to improve upon my physique year after year.
Goal (Long):
Since I was young, I've always aspired to be a bodybuilder. I started realizing my dream in 2001 when I took the stage for my first show. With each show I have learned new techniques and disiplines to follow in order to exceed my prior year's contest shape. The perpetual changes keep me looking ahead toward the future. My goal at this moment is to be competitive on a national stage and excel in the sport of bodybuilding.
I separate my body parts into 5 catagories and work them on different days. The breakdown goes chest, back, shoulders, arms, and legs. I isolate my shoulders and train them as a major body part such as chest, back, or legs. On each body part I do 2-3 compression exercises and 2-3...
