Things with me are great. I am glad to hear that you are back at it and are going strong. It wasn't in the beginning, in fact I did not see much of a change but after about 5 or 6 weeks the weight and fat just started dropping off and my body made so many changes that I was constantly and almost daily amazed at what was happening. Stay focused and believe in what you can achieve.

As one who not only needed a body transformation but also had one I know where you are coming from. Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and had pretty good results so if you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I wish you strength, determination and success and if I can be of assistance feel free to give me a yell.

I understand the tough times that we all have with the delicious and tempting foods during the holiday season and there are lots of good ways to get around that and still eat healthy.
