I've been working out since HS (x-country) and that was many years ago! *heh*
Why I Love It:
Running - cathartic Strenghtening - when I'm feeling mentally down/weak, I know at least there's a part of me that's strong
How I Stay Motivated:
JUST. DO. IT. Don't think about it, and just do it!
BB Accomplishments:
None atm -- my strengthening routine is to supplement my running and to make me a better, faster, stronger runner.

Goal (Long):
Run a marathon: was in training last year but training got derailed due to personal life so hopefully by this fall or next year, I'll be able to run a marathon Lose Bodyfat: More concerned with the way my clothes fit rather than bodyweight; I don't have the desire to be totally cut or shredded but lightly toned is fine by me Quit Smoking: quit cold-turkey for a year and then picked it back up around the time my running training got derailed; as of end of April 2009, I told myself that the pack I have in my possession will be my last pack; upping my running should help me quit cold-turkey again...

haven't been riding. i heard something about drinking pickle juice. LOL. i don't know about that. I'm doing another 15k ride today. So we'll see tonight. It's actually nice here today. suppose to get cool tomorrow and rain I think the rest of the week!! :( I am soooo ready for beach weather!!
