When I was a baby, My parents noticed that I wasn’t walking and that is despite been an extremely active (My mother would use “troublesome”) baby. I only started walking when I was 20 months old. When I start walking though, My parents noticed that I was not walking straight. I used to walk on the side of my feet. They took me to a doctor who told them that I have a flat feet. To make things worse I’m one of the few people who fleet actually cause them pain and discomfort.
Despite this I'm a life time athlete (or used to be anyway). Ever since I was tiny I used to seek outdoors. When I was little older I developed a crush for soccer. I remember that I used to participate soccer matches on a daily bases. I was introduced to Basket ball on primary school and loved it as well. During my secondary school years I participated in many sports and took parts in many events. I ran marathons and participated in swimming competitions. I also took part in cycling, diving, bowling, fencing , horse riding, archery, volleyball, handball, tennis, and many others. I used to be game for anything and everything that had any relation to sports.
In my first year in college back in 2002 I only weighted 64kg (141lb). For a 5ft9” person, this was more skinny than slim. I wanted to add little extra muscle to my body but didn’t really know where to start. I knew little about bodybuilding. All the bodybuilders I knew were on the heavy side and looked more like monkeys than humans. I really felt sorry more than impressed. I also didn’t believe that women will be attracted to that ( a girl ? care to share your opinion ? ?). Besides, their lives where filled with strange drugs (I later came to know that they were using steroids) and I was sure that this is not a healthy thing to do.
Toward the end of 2003 I met a person who showed me this site (bodybuilding.com). In it I learned different types of bodybuilding, different goals, and what is good and bad in the supplement world. He also pointed out which local gyms are good and which ones I should avoid. (Ali, if you are reading this then Thank you very much man!). I started bodybuilding in the college gym. It was a nice place where I met lots of friends. This continued through 2004 where I did “casual training”. I would train 3 days a week. I gained about 6 KGs (13lbs) during that year and I started looking better.
In 2005, I started taking body building seriously. I joined a gym with a professional trainer. I started to train for 6 days a week. By 2006 I gained another 10Kgs (22lbs) and my final weight reached 80Kgs (176lbs) with 8% fat and that was the peak of my body shape. I looked good but not massive, which was a good thing.

ok, I goal is divided into two different milestones. They are described in brief below.
1) My first goal is single minded and is about losing weight (about 40 Lbs). I would not be doing any weight lifting during this goal. In addition, I wouldn’t do any measurements other than my weight. This will make it easier and simpler to focus and track. This will also make it easier to reach since I’m losing weight from fat and not gaining any from resistance training.
2) Second phase will start just before the first one ends. I will return back to the gym (I haven’t decided on which one yet). This phase will be mix of cardio and weight lifting which will be designed to maintain my weight around 170LB while losing fat and gaining muscle.
I can name at least a hunderd reason to explain why he inspires me. But If I need to put on reason then It must be his smile and positive life outlook.
I will be travelling outside the country this week. This is so sudden as this was supposed to be my “catching up” week. This means two things, 1) I won’t be able to post my weight on a daily bases as I do now (unless I found a computer) and 2) I won’t be able to achieve this...

Workout Program:
I don't workout and until I reach 80Kg there are not going to be any. I only do walking at the moment and I mostly walk outdoors. Why ? because it is cheap and affective.
Make fitness your number one priority and you will be amazed at what you will be able to accomplish. That is not to say that you should ignore your family but rather let them know how hard you are working to make this happen and allow them be a part of your support team. I wish you nothing but success and look forward to updates on your progress. Stay strong, focused and determined and may God bless

there is alot of options for locals as well as many companies cant fire locals. It is very very hard to do so.
There are many jobs for locals but not like what it used to or exactly as you think it would be.
