My ultimate goal is to weight under 200 pounds. I need to make this a lifestyle so current goal is to lose 2 to 3 pounds per week until I reach my goal. Then when I get below 200 I will re-assess my situation and see what my next goal will be.

My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

I do sit ups and free weights every morning and evening. I try to do between 1 to 4 miles of cardio each day to to help me burn the fat.

I have been on Weight Watchers on line for men since November 2012 and I lost over 40 pounds on the program so far. It is awesome!

Right now I take a multi vitamin everyday, vitamin D. I also take an aspirin, ZMA and CLA.

roger97 Hey Orin ~ I haven't been on here much lately so I'm just am now getting your message. You're persistence is paying off. You seem to be getting really healthy. Congrats!!! In July I had ankle surgery. It was pretty intensive. I had to learn to walk again. It's coming along pretty good now. I'm in good shape muscle wise. Now I need to drop some weight. I've been on a roll the last 2 weeks and am pumped to get to my target weight. Keep up the good work and thanks for checking in! Mar 16, 2013 6:31am

befit46 Thanks I've been accumulating Items off craigslist for years I have to say it is pretty sweet. All the cardio is gym quality the bike is a star tracs from cleveland state that didnt work but all it needed was a $40 battery. I bought it of a girl for $25 that was my best deal.
