How I Started:
I was very active and athletic from a young age. However, I let myself go, and eventually fell off the healthy lifestyle. Eventually I gained so much weight that I decided to make a change for the better, I started working out again 5 months ago.
Why I Love It:
Because you feel better about yourself and not only benefits your body but you mental health as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
Now, I started to see some changes and knowing that at one time I was healthy and knowing that I will be better from it.
BB Accomplishments:
none, but I will love to compete or do run a marathon next year.

Goal (Long):
I use to be very athletic, however, after school and got a job, the time to work out wasn’t there, I know is an excused but it was true. Then the pounds started to add up slowly and shortly. I then tried to work out lose weight then gained back. Until last summer I was the heaviest I ever been 244 pounds of fat and laziness then I know I was in trouble. I recommitted myself and I have been working out lately mostly cardio and recently I added weights. But now I am ready for the New Year and to start committed to the change.
I started watching what I eat. This is the first time that I am truly going to test my will power. I also started doing the p90x videos. I am having a hard time witht he abs ripper. I gues as time goes on I will be able to do it correctly but it is only the beginning. Now I only have...
